The product has an 80% depth of discharge. One important advantage over other lithium-ion chemistries is its thermal and chemical stability, which improves battery safety. With the combination of LiFePO4, the product can perform a more stable redox reaction and faster ion migration. Another advantage is that it offers a longer cycle life. It has a very constant discharge voltage that can always stay stable until the cell is exhausted. This allows the cell to deliver virtually full power until it is discharged, and it can greatly simplify or even eliminate the need for voltage regulation circuitry.
